In the case of refunding a PASMO commuter pass (including To Me CARD PASMO, which has an automatic refill function and credit card function), please contact the retailer you purchased the pass from. We will refund you the sum of the refund amount for the commuter railway pass portion (after deducting a commission), stored fare balance and the initial deposit of 500 yen.
