Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I get information on train service and delays?

Inquiry ID:OpenFAQ-001726 Latest Update:2017/01/20

●Inside the station
When a train is delayed by 15 or more minutes or is suspended, a notice will be made on the Ticket Gate Display installed near the ticket gate of each station in English, Chinese (traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese) and Korean. When there is a temporary suspension of operation, we also make announcements in English in stations.
