Where can I find foreign language-speaking staff?

●Information Desks (Open 9:15 a.m. ? 5:15 p.m.)
Staff at Tokyo Metro information desks can assist you with how to ride the subway as well as provide directions and tourist information in English. Tokyo Metro information desks are located in Shinjuku, Ginza, Omote-sando and Shibuya stations. Also, staff who can speak mainly Chinese are allocated to these informations.
*The available languages may vary depending on the allocated staff.

●Service Managers (Available 10 a.m. ? 5 p.m.)
Service managers are there to assist you with finding fares, buying your tickets, finding the subway route to your destination and finding information about the facilities in the area. They will also do their best to answer any other inquiries. Service managers can even communicate in English, Chinese and Korean with help of a tablet. Tokyo, Ginza, Oshiage , Shimbashi, Ueno, Shinjuku, Nihombashi, Omote-sando, Kudanshita, Ikebukuro, Iidabashi, Asakusa, Akihabara, Roppongi, Shinjuku-sanchome, Meiji-jingumae
