Frequently Asked Questions

When is the emergency train stop button on the platform used?

Inquiry ID:OpenFAQ-001432 Latest Update:2017/01/20

If you see someone falls from the platform or on the rail tracks, or in any other situation that requires the train to make an emergency stop, please push the yellow emergency stop button. Pushing the emergency stop button lights up signals on the platform, in the tunnel and in the station office and also causes the emergency alarm to go off so that the train makes an emergency stop.
