Frequently Asked Questions
How do you decide on temperature settings of air conditioning in the train cars?
Inquiry ID：OpenFAQ-001364 Latest Update：2017/01/20
The temperature setting of the air conditioning is 26 degrees Celsius (28 degrees Celsius in weakly air-conditioned cars), and the train conductor switches the air conditioning on and off according to the degree of congestion in the train cars and the temperature outside.
We shall continue to pay careful attention to air-conditioning in the train cars in order to make the passenger space as comfortable as possible.
