What should I do with a PASMO card which I no longer have use for?

For a personalized PASMO and blank PASMO, contact the nearest PASMO retailer. We will refund the sum of the stored fare balance and the deposit of 500 yen. Please note that no refund on PASMO can be made at JR East stations including Narita Airport.
