Is it possible to have a lost property checked up on at places other than a station?

You may call the Customer Relations Center to make an inquiry about lost property. You may also use the Lost Property Inquiry Form available on our website. Note: Please understand that common items such as umbrellas, gloves and scarves, small objects such as keys and accessories, and articles such as glasses and hats that lack distinctive features often do not bear the owner’s name and therefore may not be confirmed based only on information you provide on the phone or the Inquiry Form.
