Frequently Asked Questions
I left behind an item on a Tokyo Metro line. Do I need to check with railways other than Tokyo Metro?
Inquiry ID：OpenFAQ-001023 Latest Update：2016/12/13
Since Tokyo Metro lines (except Ginza Line and Marunouchi Line) offer direct connection services with lines operated by other railway companies, your lost property may be found on such lines. Please check with the railway company with which the line you used has a direct connection service, as well as with Tokyo Metro.
Tokyo Metro stations do not hold items left behind at stores in stations, so please directly contact the stores.
